ThetaHealing®
ThetaHealing® is a complementary practice developed by Vianna Stibal in the United States during the 1990s. Combining meditation, intuitive exploration and belief work, it offers a spiritual approach to wellbeing that is now practised in many countries around the world.
The technique centres on entering a deeply relaxed meditative state associated with theta brainwave activity, which naturally occurs during moments of deep relaxation, creativity and reflection. Within its philosophy, this state is believed to support a conscious connection with what is described as the Creator of All That Is, creating an opportunity for personal insight, reflection and inner change.
A central aspect of the method is the exploration of subconscious beliefs. It proposes that many of the patterns influencing our thoughts, emotions and behaviours develop over time, often outside our conscious awareness. By bringing these patterns into awareness through guided meditation and intuitive enquiry, practitioners aim to help individuals explore new perspectives that may encourage emotional wellbeing, self-awareness and personal growth.
The approach is open to people of all faiths and spiritual backgrounds. Although it has a spiritual foundation, it is not presented as a religion. Instead, it encourages each person to engage with the process through the lens of their own beliefs, values and life experience.
Today, the technique is taught internationally and is used by practitioners in a variety of complementary wellbeing settings. Many people are drawn to it as a way of exploring their inner world, developing greater self-understanding and supporting their personal journey in a calm and reflective environment.
At RADIANT AURI, principles of the Theta Healing Method form part of the Integrative Bioenergetics protocol rather than being offered as a standalone session. They are integrated with other complementary techniques to create a personalised approach tailored to each individual's needs.

Silva Method
The Silva Method is a complementary mind training approach developed by José Silva in the United States during the 1960s. Created as a programme for personal development, it combines guided relaxation, visualisation and mental exercises designed to strengthen concentration, emotional balance and self-awareness.
The method is based on the idea that different states of consciousness influence the way we think, learn and respond to everyday life. Through relaxation and meditation, participants are encouraged to enter calm, focused states associated with alpha and theta brainwave activity. Within its philosophy, these states are considered supportive of creativity, intuition and personal insight.
Visualisation is a central part of the approach. By creating clear mental images and practising focused attention, individuals are encouraged to explore goals, solve problems and develop a more constructive relationship with their thoughts and emotions. The method also proposes that regular practice can help reprogramme subconscious patterns, encouraging new ways of thinking and responding to life's challenges.
José Silva drew inspiration from psychology, relaxation techniques and the study of human potential. Some aspects of the method also draw on concepts such as the Observer Effect as a metaphor for the relationship between attention, perception and human experience. These ideas form part of the philosophy of the method and are not presented as established scientific evidence.
Today, the Silva Method is taught and practised internationally and remains one of the best-known approaches within the field of personal development and complementary wellbeing.

The Yuen Method
The Yuen Method is an energy-based healing technique developed by Dr Kam Yuen, a chiropractor, martial artist and teacher whose work combines inspiration from the Shaolin healing tradition with his background in anatomy, physiology, structural analysis and energetic practices.
The method is based on the idea that physical health, emotions, thoughts and our relationship with the world around us all influence overall wellbeing. Within its philosophy, discomfort and other challenges may arise when energy becomes weakened or blocked within the mind, body or spirit. It recognises six interconnected dimensions of experience: physical, mental, emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual.
Rather than using massage or physical manipulation, practitioners work through focused intention and energetic assessment to identify areas of imbalance. This process, known as testing and strengthening, aims to restore the body's natural balance. The method also uses a concept known as deletion, which refers to releasing energetic patterns believed to contribute to physical discomfort, emotional stress or other life challenges.
A central principle of the Yuen Method is neutrality. Practitioners work from a calm, centred and non-judgemental state, helping to create a balanced and focused environment throughout the session.
Today, the Yuen Method is taught and practised internationally. As it does not rely on physical touch, sessions can be offered both in person and online.
