CRYSTALS THERAPY
Crystals Therapy is one of the standalone therapies offered at RADIANT AURI. It is designed to support physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through the careful selection and use of crystals, helping to restore balance and encourage deep relaxation. Sessions are available both in person and online.
Many people choose Crystal Healing to help relieve physical discomfort, reduce stress, encourage emotional wellbeing or simply reconnect with themselves during periods of change. Sessions are often described as calming, grounding and restorative, although each person's experience is unique.
At RADIANT AURI, every Crystal Healing session is tailored to the individual's needs using kinesiology to help identify the most appropriate crystals and areas of focus. Sessions last one hour (please allow up to 10 additional minutes) and are divided into two parts. The first focuses on helping to release accumulated or stagnant energy from the body. The second uses carefully selected crystals to introduce fresh energy into the body, supporting balance and overall wellbeing. Whether delivered in person or online, each session is adapted to the client's individual needs.
Crystal Healing is based on the belief that crystals possess unique energetic properties which interact with the body's subtle energy. Different crystals are traditionally associated with different qualities and intentions, such as relaxation, protection, clarity, vitality, emotional balance or spiritual growth.
Most crystals are placed along the body's chakra system according to the individual's needs. A small number of specialised crystals, referred to at RADIANT AURI as Crystal Antennas, are positioned in specific locations where they are used to amplify the overall energetic work of the session.
The use of crystals for healing dates back thousands of years. Ancient civilisations, including those of Egypt, Mesopotamia, India, China and Greece, valued gemstones not only for their beauty but also for their symbolic and healing qualities. Today, Crystal Healing continues to be practised around the world as part of many holistic wellbeing traditions.
REIKI
At RADIANT AURI, Reiki forms part of the Integrative Bioenergetics protocol, where it is combined with other complementary methods to create a personalised approach tailored to each individual's needs. Within this integrative approach, Reiki is also used to charge crystals, biomagnets and Bach flower remedies before they are incorporated into a session or recommended for home use. For those who wish to experience Reiki on its own, it is also available as a standalone session, offered both in person and online.
Reiki is a gentle Japanese practice that uses hands-on or hands-off techniques to encourage deep relaxation, support emotional wellbeing and help relieve physical discomfort.
Many people choose Reiki during periods of stress, emotional change or fatigue, while others incorporate it into their regular self-care routine. Sessions are often described as calming, restorative and deeply relaxing, although every person's experience is unique.
The word Reiki is commonly translated as "universal life energy." Within the Reiki tradition, this refers to a subtle life force believed to flow through all living beings. Practitioners understand Reiki as a way of working with this energy, while recipients simply rest in a calm and supportive environment.
Developed in Japan in the early twentieth century by Mikao Usui, Reiki became known as Usui Reiki Ryōhō following his period of meditation and spiritual practice on Mount Kurama in 1922. The method was later developed by Chujiro Hayashi and introduced to the West by Hawayo Takata, helping it become established internationally.
Today, Reiki is practised throughout the world as a holistic wellbeing practice. Traditionally, Reiki may be offered both in person and at a distance, making it accessible regardless of location.
