My Journey
My interest in holistic health and natural approaches to wellbeing began long before I became a practitioner. I was raised in a family where nutrition, herbal remedies and preventative health were part of everyday life. My mother studied herbalism, while my aunt practised acupuncture professionally. From an early age, I was exposed to different perspectives on health, healing and the connection between body and mind.
Meditation also played an important role in my upbringing. During my teenage years, I studied Tibetan, Chinese and Zen meditation practices, later continuing my training in Zhineng Qigong (Chi Neng Chi Kung) with Maestro Eduardo García Ocegueda, founder of Fuerza Integral. Maestro García Ocegueda trained directly under Dr. Pang Ming, the creator of the Zhineng Qigong system in China.
Zhineng Qigong is a health-oriented practice that combines movement, meditation and mind-body awareness to support wellbeing. Through its teachings, I developed a deeper appreciation for the relationship between consciousness, health and the body's natural capacity for self-regulation and recovery.
My interest in holistic health became deeply personal after experiencing pneumonia, two serious accidents and a diagnosis of fibromyalgia in 2012. While conventional medicine provided important support, I found myself searching for a broader understanding of health and wellbeing. This journey led me to explore complementary approaches more deeply and ultimately brought me to Integrative Bioenergetic Healing under the guidance of Dra. Rocío Arreola.
What began as a personal search for answers gradually evolved into a professional vocation. Over the years, I came to recognise that no single modality holds all the answers. Each person brings a unique combination of experiences, circumstances and wellbeing goals, and this understanding continues to shape the way I work today.
Training & Qualifications
My professional training was completed under the guidance of Dra. Rocío Arreola through Centro Shambala's two-year therapist training programme in Integrative Quantum Bioenergetics.
Dra. Arreola is both a medical doctor and a direct student of Dr. Isaac Goiz, founder of the Biomagnetic Pair Method. After working with her for several years as a patient and experiencing significant positive changes in my own wellbeing, I accepted her invitation to study the methodology professionally.
My certification includes training in Biomagnetism, Bioenergetic Protocols, Biodecoding, ThetaHealing, Reiki, Yuen Method, Silva Method, Crystal Therapy, Bach Flower Remedies EFT tapping and other complementary approaches integrated within the same therapeutic framework. Together, these disciplines contributed to the development of a broader and more flexible understanding of holistic wellbeing, allowing different tools and perspectives to be combined according to the needs of each individual.
The programme combined theoretical study with extensive practical training. During the second year, students worked with real-life cases under supervision, applying the methodology in practice while gaining valuable experience supporting people with a wide range of physical and emotional concerns. Witnessing the different ways people responded to these approaches strengthened both my confidence in the integrative framework taught throughout the programme and my skills as a practitioner.
Today, these disciplines form the foundation of RADIANT AURI Integrative Bioenergetic Healing. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw from a range of complementary approaches to create sessions tailored to each person's unique circumstances, wellbeing goals and personal journey.
My approach is grounded in respect, compassion and the belief that wellbeing is not a one-size-fits-all process. Every session is designed to provide a supportive space where clients can explore their wellbeing in a way that feels appropriate, comfortable and aligned with their individual needs.
